At Cambridge Junior College, we believe that concern about college affordability shouldn't keep you from attaining your education and pursuing your dreams. Our financial aid representatives are happy to speak with you about your financial aid options and how to afford college. Financial aid is available for degree and diploma programs to those who qualify.

 

Our advisors can help you figure out which college financial aid programs you may qualify for and advise you on the right plan. We can also provide guidance as you complete your application for financial assistance.

 

We can help you learn about your eligibility for federal, state and private financial aid programs, including:

• Payment Plans

• Veterans' Benefits

 

Cal Grants are also available to students in California who qualify. Cal Grants are offered by the state of California and do not require repayment.

Workforce Investment Act

Cambridge Junior College is proud to participate in the Workforce Investment Act. This act provides training for individuals who have been laid off work, are making a career change or who wish to improve their skills. If you are interested in enrolling in one of our WIA-approved programs, you need to apply at a WIA office and be selected for the program.

 

Throughout the WIA selection process, students may still work with Cambridge Junior College representatives on program availability and other potential financial aid availability. With WIA funding approval, you can complete your enrollment at Cambridge Junior College, and your tuition discount will be applied with your program billing.

 

To begin the WIA selection process, find your local One-Stop Career Center which provides programs and services that can assist you in your career search. At a One-Stop Career Center, you can access services for employment, training and education, employer assistance, and much more.

 

When you first visit with Cambridge Junior College about enrollment, please mention your interest in applying for WIA funding.
